From the form to a conversation with a provider

Step by step

Sending a request does not book or commit you to anything.

1. Fill in the form. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
2. Your request is passed to a local provider near Reno.
3. The provider gets in touch by phone, text or email to offer a consultation.
4. You meet with a licensed provider, who decides what is suitable. Whether to go ahead is up to you.

How the follow-up works

We do not call you ourselves. The provider who receives your request is the one who follows up, and they use the contact details you entered.

Keep an eye on your phone and email, including the spam folder. When the provider reaches you, they can explain how their consultations work and what they charge. If the timing or the fit is wrong, you can say so and leave it there.

Changing your mind about your details

You stay in control of your request. If you decide you do not want to hear from the provider, you can tell them directly when they contact you.

You can also ask for your request to be withdrawn. The steps are on the privacy page. As a reminder, the details shared with the provider are the ones you typed into the form: name, email, phone, service and message.
